3 Goods returned

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item less any reductions which may be applicable

3.1 You must tell us you wish to cancel within 7 days via email from the time you made the order.

3.2 Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back any mattress or divan beds.

3.3 The Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of you telling us you wish to cancel.

3.4 The Goods must have all packaging in their original condition.

3.6 After we have received the Goods we will inspec the goods and if everything is in good order we will credit your credit or debit card, please note 45.00 for transport cost to get the goods back to us and 10% admin charge will apply.

3.7 We are under no obligation to collect or recover Goods from you, but if we do, our costs will be payable by you as it states in 3.6
